This Thai-inspired beef salad brings together tender steak with vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine in a refreshing salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro and mint leaves for garnish

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 red chili thinly sliced (optional for spice)

Instructions
 

  • Get the grill or stovetop pan ready by heating it over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili (if using) to make the dressing.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  • Add the sliced steak on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Thai Beef Salad!
