Steak Salad Thai
This Thai-inspired beef salad brings together tender steak with vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine in a refreshing salad.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro and mint leaves for garnish
For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 red chili thinly sliced (optional for spice)
Instructions
- Get the grill or stovetop pan ready by heating it over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili (if using) to make the dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the sliced steak on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and mint leaves.
