Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced carrots to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the honey and water, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the carrots simmer for 10-12 minutes or until they’re tender yet still have a slight bite.
- Remove the lid, increase the heat to medium-high, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces and forms a glaze around the carrots.
