Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh tentacles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • in a frying pan heat over medium to high the olive oil.
  • Pat dry the tentacles and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add minced garlic to the hot pan and cook for a minute until fragrant.
  • Place the tentacles in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until they develop a golden-brown color and are cooked through.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the tentacles while cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
