Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tentacles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- in a frying pan heat over medium to high the olive oil.
- Pat dry the tentacles and season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the hot pan and cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Place the tentacles in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until they develop a golden-brown color and are cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the tentacles while cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
