Equipment
- 9-inch springform pan
- Mixing bowls
- Electric mixer or whisk
- Spatula
- Oven
Ingredients
- 2 cups Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Fresh berries and Strawberry for garnish
Instructions
- At 350°F (175°C) preheat the Oven. Take a round cake pan and give it a light rub with some butter or oil.
- Mix together Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Push this mix into the bottom of the cake pan to make the crust. Keep it aside.
- In another bowl, use a big spoon or mixer to mix the soft cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until it’s super smooth and creamy.
- Crack one egg at a time into the creamy mix, and mix it up really well each time. Then, add the sour cream and give it a good stir until everything’s mixed together nicely.
- Pour this creamy mix onto the crust in the cake pan. Ask a grown-up to put it in the oven and bake it for about 45-50 minutes. It’s ready when the middle looks almost set.
- When it’s done baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely. Then, pop it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or better yet, leave it overnight.
- When it’s all chilled, decorate the top with some fresh berries and Strawberry if you like. Cut it into slices and enjoy this super tasty homemade Keebler cheesecake!
